My reminders aren't going off

Almost always battery optimization. Open your phone's Settings, find Rounds under Apps or Battery, and allow it to run in the background without restriction. On Android, check that notifications are allowed for Rounds and that "Alarms & reminders" permission is granted.

How do I change what tasks a unit starts with?

Settings → My unit setup. Retime anything, add your own tasks, remove what your floor doesn't do. Changes apply to the patients you admit next — anyone already on your board keeps what they came with.

Where is my data?

On your phone, and nowhere else. Rounds has no account, no cloud, and no analytics. There is no field for a patient's name and there isn't going to be one. Full details in the privacy policy.

I lost everything after reinstalling

Because nothing is stored anywhere but the device, uninstalling removes it. Device backups may include Rounds, but that's your phone's backup, not ours.
